911 PRESENTATIONS

Dialing the numbers 911 isn’t difficult but – fortunately -- it’s not something most of us ever do. So we may not know when to make that call or what to be ready for when the call is answered.

The North Island 911 Corporation contracts the RCMP Courtenay Operational Communications Centre to answer the calls for the largest geographic 911 area in Canada.

If you’re interested in finding out what the North Island 911 emergency response is all about, we’d love to come and talk to you. We give presentations to school classes, community organizations, seniors groups and others. You can learn about the 911 Corporation and how it’s set up, what services are provided and to whom, and have all your questions answered.

If you’d like to have a presentation made to your group, just let us know. There’s no cost to you and with advance notice we should be able to schedule a time that works for everyone.
